I have spent the past 17 years successfully listing and selling real estate while simultaneously acting as a State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. I have won many awards for excellence in sales.
Another important aspect of my experience is the twenty-five years I spent as Vice President and Area Manager of a major local bank. I am very well versed in the underwriting/approval process for residential real estate transactions, commercial and construction loans. My extensive background in all facets of real estate gives me confidence to navigate the tricky waters of the most complicated real estate transactions.
By taking classes and attending seminars to keep abreast of new laws and regulations, I remain committed to staying ahead in the ever changing and very competitive field of real estate.
I am a FULL TIME Professional Realtor and a member of the Orange County Board of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I am also a State Licensed Appraiser.
