| My background over the past thirty years has centered around Real Estate and Property Development and, includes experience in real estate purchases and sales, site leasing, facility design, construction management, marketing and public relations as well as ancillary real estate related experience including planning and zoning and land use entitlement work for which I presented to Planning Commissions and City Council members throughout Southern California and Texas.
I have held Management and Directorship positions in the Development Division of three corporations; two of which were listed on the New York Stock Exchange and I have worked independently since 1992.
I am a FULL TIME Professional Realtor and a member of the Orange County Board of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and, the National Association of Realtors. I have earned the SRES and AHS designations and I am currently working toward my Broker's License.

| I have lived in Southern California since 1969. My husband, an Architect, and I have been residents of Coto de Caza for the past eighteen years. We are blessed with a blended family of seven married children and Sixteen grandchildren. My interests include interior design, cooking, reading, politics, travel, Pilates, playing on the beach in winter with my grandchildren and spending time with my family. |
